REF: HOME-CLEANING-SERVICE-AGREEMENT PROFESSIONAL HOME DEEP CLEANING AND SANITATION AGREEMENT
THIS HOME CLEANING SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is executed on this [Booking Date] by and between:
CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", which expression shall unless repugnant to the context include its supervisory staff, cleaners, and assigns) of the FIRST PART;
AND
CLIENT / HOUSEHOLDER:
[Client / Householder Name]
(hereinafter referred to as the "Client", which expression shall unless repugnant to the context include their legal heirs and family members) of the SECOND PART.
The Service Provider and the Client are hereinafter individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
WHEREAS:
A. The Client desires to engage professional residential cleaning services for their property situated at [Premises Address to be Cleaned] having the configuration [Property Size and Configuration].
B. The Service Provider is a specialized cleaning firm equipped with motorized scrubbing machinery, commercial vacuum units, sanitizing steam cleaners, and trained personnel.
C. The Parties have agreed to record the scope of cleaning, safety guidelines, fee structure, and liability terms in this Agreement.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AND IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. PREMISES, TIMING, AND CLASSIFICATION
1.1 The cleaning services shall be rendered at:

1.3 The agreed category of cleaning service is: Deep Cleaning.
1.4 The cleaning crew shall execute the work as per the scheduled timing:

2. SCOPE OF CLEANING WORKS
2.1 The cleaning service shall encompass comprehensive cleaning as per the selected category, including:
(a) Kitchen: Thorough degreasing of chimney exteriors, gas stovetop, modular cabinet exterior wiping, tile backsplash scrubbing, and floor disinfection;
(b) Bathrooms: Complete descaling of wall tiles, chemical removal of water stains from chrome taps and showerheads, sanitizing toilet pots, and polishing vanity mirrors;
(c) Living and Bedrooms: High-level cobweb removal, ceiling fan and exhaust fan wiping, window glass cleaning, dry vacuuming of curtains/upholstery, and mechanized floor scrubbing;
(d) Balconies: Sweeping, pressure washing, and drain pipe clearing.
3. MACHINERY, TOOLS, AND ECO-FRIENDLY CHEMICALS
3.1 The machines, materials, and chemicals used shall strictly comply with:

3.2 The Service Provider guarantees that no harsh concentrated hydrochloric or sulfuric acids shall be used on marble, Italian stone, granite, or chrome fittings that could cause irreversible chemical etching or blackening.
4. CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 The agreed total service fee for the cleaning operation is INR [Total Cleaning Fee (INR)] (Indian Rupees [Total Cleaning Fee (INR)]).
4.2 A booking advance of 20% shall be payable upon confirmation of the booking date, and the balance 80% shall be settled immediately upon completion of cleaning and joint walkthrough inspection by the Client.
4.3 The Client shall provide continuous water supply and domestic electrical power connections necessary to operate industrial vacuum and scrubbing machinery.
5. SAFEGUARDING OF VALUABLES AND DAMAGE LIABILITY
5.1 The terms governing property safety, valuables protection, and accident liability are defined as follows:

5.2 The Client expressly covenants to lock away all cash, jewelry, luxury watches, sensitive legal documents, and small high-value electronic gadgets prior to the arrival of the cleaning crew.
5.3 The Service Provider shall verify the background and identity of each cleaning crew member deployed at the Client's residence.
6. INSPECTION AND TOUCH-UP POLICY
6.1 Immediately upon conclusion of the cleaning process, the Client or their authorized family member shall conduct a joint walkthrough inspection with the cleaning supervisor.
6.2 Any overlooked spots, missed corners, or streaks brought to the supervisor's attention during the walkthrough shall be immediately re-cleaned without additional charges.
6.3 The Service Provider shall not be liable for subsequent dust accumulation occurring after the crew vacates the premises.
7. TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
7.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule the booking with at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice without penalty.
7.2 If cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled arrival, the Service Provider may retain the booking deposit to cover crew mobilization logistics.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8.2 All disputes shall be settled through mutual discussion. If unresolved within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator.
8.3 Courts having jurisdiction over [Premises Address to be Cleaned] shall have territorial jurisdiction.

SCHEDULE OF TERMS, COVENANTS & CONDITIONS(6 ACTIVE CLAUSES)
1. TENURE & TERM OF LEASE: The term of this lease/tenancy shall be for a fixed duration of {{duration_months}} months commencing on {{commencement_date}} and terminating on {{expiry_date}} unless renewed by mutual consent.
2. MONTHLY RENT & DUE DATE: The Second Party covenants to remit a monthly rent of Rs. {{monthly_rent}} payable in advance on or before the {{rent_due_day}} day of each calendar month.
3. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Second Party has deposited an interest-free refundable security sum of Rs. {{security_deposit}} with the First Party, returnable within 7 banking days of vacant handover.
4. PERMITTED USE OF PREMISES: The demised premises shall be utilized exclusively for lawful residential dwelling purposes and shall not be converted into commercial or industrial use.
5. STATUTORY ARBITRATION (ACT 1996): Any dispute arising hereunder shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat of arbitration in the execution city.
6. SUB-LEASE & ASSIGNMENT PROHIBITION: The Second Party is strictly prohibited from sub-letting, parting with possession, or assigning any portion of the premises to third parties without prior written consent.
