CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Free Tier Services
Agreement.best provides free access to statutory templates, real-time in-browser contract drafting, and instant print-ready PDF generation. Because these standard tools are 100% free of charge to all users, cancellation and billing refunds are not applicable to standard template access.
2. Ancillary & Bespoke Drafting Services
In instances where users engage Janu Bhai Consultancy for customized legal template drafting, multi-state stamp duty advisory, or enterprise contract systems:
- Cancellation Before Work Inception: If a cancellation request is submitted before research, statutory drafting, or technical implementation has commenced, a full 100% refund will be issued via the original payment method.
- Work in Progress: If custom drafting has already commenced, refunds will be calculated pro-rata according to the deliverables completed up to the cancellation timestamp.
- Non-Judicial Stamp Papers & E-Stamps: Government statutory disbursements, including state stamp duties, e-stamp certificates, and court fee stamps, are non-refundable once issued by government portals or authorized stamp collection centers (e.g., Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd).
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days and processed back to the original source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking). Depending on the issuing bank, funds typically reflect in the client account within 5 to 7 banking days.
4. Support & Refund Inquiries
To initiate a cancellation or query a transaction:
