DJ PERFORMANCE AND SOUND ENTERTAINMENT AGREEMENT THIS PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this [Agreement Signing Date] ("Execution Date"), by and between: DISC JOCKEY / ARTIST: [DJ / Artist Full Name], performing professionally as / representing [Stage Name / Entertainment Agency] (hereinafter referred to as the "DJ", which expression shall unless repugnant to the context include authorized assistants, representatives, and permitted assigns) of the FIRST PART; AND CLIENT / PROMOTER: [Client / Event Host Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Client", which expression shall unless repugnant to the context include legal heirs, successors, and representatives) of the SECOND PART. The DJ and the Client are collectively termed the "Parties" and individually a "Party". WHEREAS: A. The DJ is an experienced professional audio entertainer specializing in live disc jockeying, sound mixing, and audience engagement. B. The Client desires to engage the exclusive services of the DJ for an event titled Wedding Sangeet, to be held on [Performance Date] at the venue located at [Venue Location and City]. C. The Parties desire to formalize the terms governing performance schedule, sound engineering obligations, financial consideration, and technical requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1. PERFORMANCE ENGAGEMENT AND TIMINGS 1.1 The DJ agrees to provide live musical entertainment for the event classified as Wedding Sangeet on [Performance Date] at [Venue Location and City]. 1.2 The scheduled performance duration shall be: [Performance Time and Duration]. 1.3 Any extension of performance time beyond the agreed window shall be strictly subject to venue permissions, local police noise regulations, and an overtime rate of INR 5,000 per completed half-hour, payable immediately in cash or instant UPI prior to extension. 2. SOUND CHECK AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 2.1 Setup and sound check shall take place at: [Sound Check and Setup Time]. The Client shall ensure that the venue is unlocked, power is live, and sound infrastructure is operational by this time. 2.2 Equipment allocation and technical responsibilities are agreed as follows: [Audio / Console Equipment Responsibilities] 2.3 The Client shall provide an uninterrupted, stable single-phase 220V electrical power supply with earthing directly to the DJ console. The Client shall bear liability for any burnout or damage to the DJ's equipment caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or lack of proper earthing. 3. MUSIC CURATION AND LICENSING 3.1 The musical direction and genre preferences shall be: [Music Genres and Playlist Guidelines]. 3.2 The DJ shall have creative discretion in track transitions, tempo modulation, and reading crowd reactions while honoring the agreed musical guidelines. 3.3 Statutory Music Licensing: The Client acknowledges that statutory public performance licenses (including PPL, IPRS, and Novex licenses where applicable under the Copyright Act 1957) and local police noise permissions are the sole responsibility and cost of the Client and venue management. The DJ shall not be held liable for administrative penalties or shutdown resulting from the Client's failure to obtain such statutory clearances. 4. CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT TERMS 4.1 The total agreed performance fee for the contracted duration is INR [Total Performance Fee (INR)] (Indian Rupees [Total Performance Fee (INR)]). 4.2 The Client shall pay an advance booking token of INR [Advance Booking Fee (INR)] on or before the signing of this Agreement. This advance secures the date and is non-refundable. 4.3 The outstanding balance of INR [Total Performance Fee (INR)] minus INR [Advance Booking Fee (INR)] shall be paid in full to the DJ prior to the commencement of the live performance on [Performance Date]. 5. TRAVEL, HOSPITALITY, AND CONSOLE SECURITY 5.1 Travel and hospitality arrangements shall be provided as follows: [Travel and Hospitality Provisions]. 5.2 The Client shall ensure adequate crowd barricading and security around the DJ console riser. Drinks, open food containers, and unauthorized guests shall be strictly kept away from the mixing deck. The Client agrees to indemnify the DJ for replacement or repair costs of equipment damaged by unruly guests or liquid spillage. 6. CANCELLATION AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES 6.1 Cancellation of this Agreement shall be subject to the following terms: [Cancellation Terms and Liquidated Damages] 6.2 If the DJ is unable to perform due to proven personal illness or bona fide emergency, the DJ shall provide written notice immediately and refund all advance monies received, or with Client consent, arrange a competent replacement DJ of comparable skill and profile. 7. FORCE MAJEURE AND STATUTORY CURFEWS 7.1 Neither Party shall be liable for non-performance caused by acts of God, extreme weather, riot, electrical substation failure, or sudden statutory curfew orders issued by local police authorities. 7.2 If local police enforce statutory nighttime noise curfews (such as the 10:00 PM outdoor loudspeaker ceiling under the Noise Pollution Regulation and Control Rules 2000), the DJ shall comply with law. In such event, the full contracted fee remains payable. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. 8.2 Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated at the execution city of the event. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this DJ Performance Agreement on the day and year first stated above. SCHEDULE OF TERMS, COVENANTS & CONDITIONS(6 ACTIVE CLAUSES)

1. TENURE & TERM OF LEASE: The term of this lease/tenancy shall be for a fixed duration of {{duration_months}} months commencing on {{commencement_date}} and terminating on {{expiry_date}} unless renewed by mutual consent.

6. SUB-LEASE & ASSIGNMENT PROHIBITION: The Second Party is strictly prohibited from sub-letting, parting with possession, or assigning any portion of the premises to third parties without prior written consent.
